That Yoga Boy is a Lagos-based certified yoga instructor and wellness practitioner focused on creating meaningful experiences through movement, breath and mindfulness. Specialising in Vinyasa and Bikram yoga, alongside Yin, restorative and personalised practices, he creates spaces that encourage people to move with intention, reconnect with their bodies and build a deeper awareness of themselves. In the fast pace of Lagos, his work is a call to pause, breathe and come back to yourself. Through yoga, he empowers people to find calm within the chaos, release tension, quiet the mind and move through life with greater presence, strength and intention.
