BR Reformer Studios is the first premium reformer Pilates studio on mainland Lagos. It sits in the heart of Ikeja GRA at City Square, Oba Akinjobi Way. The studio was created for the women of the mainland, who have long had to brave Third Mainland Bridge traffic to reach a quality Pilates class on the Island. It brings that experience closer to home, without compromising on standard. Our philosophy is simple: self-care should be elegant, not corrective. Pilates at BR is not a punishment or something to fit around everything else. It is a weekly ritual and a moment of calm and luxury in the pace of Lagos life. Every detail of the studio is designed around that idea, from the serene, warm-toned space to the way each client is welcomed. With just five reformers and an appointment-led model, every class is intimate and personal. Our trained instructors give each client close attention, whether she is stepping onto a reformer for the first time or building on years of practice. BR Lagos offers group reformer classes, one-to-one private sessions and exclusive private studio hire for small celebrations of up to five guests, including birthdays, bridal parties and girls' days out.
